BROSintl® can make sure if mistakes happen on our responsibility, we will ensure buyers' interests, not let you lose any, if on your responsibility, we will recover all your loss. BROSintl® is pursuing your 100% satisfaction.

All products in BROSintl® shop, are with 1 year worry-free warranty, warranty period starting from your ordering date, any quality failure by our products, we will replace new to you directly, with free shipping to you, while tax and other cost not included if happens.

The following procedures required:

Please make sure products you get are properly wired, installed and operated in suitable condition, and the products should not have altered or modified in any way. In the matter caused by buyers, BROSintl® will not be responsible for it. 

For warranty service application, we require you to send your approval (a valid proof and a detailed description for the failed products are required, which can be photos, videos, or test report, etc.) to shop@brosintl.com with your order number. Please allow us maximum 2 business days to confirm your application, thank you for your cooperation.

If products quality problem, products will be replaced freely, including free shipping, not including the tax or other cost if happens.

If sending the wrong products, the right products shall be sent again immediately without any cost for buyers, excluding the import tax.
